If you are not completely satisfied with either the quality of our cufflinks or our level of service, please email us here. If your concern is regarding the quality of our product, Cufflinked will either replace the cuff links with the same or similar (whatever you would rather) or provide a full refund. Our warranty extends for a 6 month period from the date of purchase. We will simply ask that you pay for the delivery back to Cufflinked.com.au and we will handle the rest.
