- How long will my order take to get to me?
- Standard Shipping is free throughout Australia and will be sent via Australia Post. These orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping is available for $3.99 and will be sent via Express Post with Australia Post. These orders are trackable and will arrive next day for major cities and may take 2 - 3 for rural locations.
- International Shipping is available for $14.99 and will be sent via Registered Post with Australia Post when available. These orders are not trackable and require a signiture on delivery. As far as how long it takes to get there, it really depends on where you are! Most will get their cufflinks in 3-10 business days, with most of the rest taking up to 14 business days. If you want more details about your specific international Contact Us and we'll help you out.
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of the order being made, Monday to Friday. They are sent out in a black cufflink box placed inside a padded envelope to ensure protection during their journey.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Currently we accept Paypal as our main payment method. This allows the customer to also pay via Credit Card on Paypal's site if they so desire. We do not store any payment information. We also accept bitcoins for all orders and Direct Deposit for orders shipped within Australia.
- Do you allow returns/exchanges?
- If your cufflinks become damaged in the mail please let us know via the Contact Us form and arrange to have them returned back to us. We will send you a replacement pair free of charge, or refund your order if they are out of stock.
- If the cufflinks are not what you expected and you do not want them simply let us know via the Contact Us form, and arrange to have them returned back to us. You will then have a choice of either store credit +10% or a refund..
- Where are you based? Can I pick the cufflinks up in person?
- We are based in Melbourne! Unfortunately though, we don't have a store front at this time and are a fully online business.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We do! Shipping is a flat rate of $14.99 for anywhere in the world.
- How do I check the status of my order?
- If you have registered with CuffLinked you can check on the status of your order at any time. Just click the My Account link in the top left and enter your log in information.
- I have a question that's not answered here. What do I do?
- If we are online, you can talk to us live via the chat widget in the bottom right corner. If we're not online, you can email us your question to support@cufflinked.com.au or you use our Contact Us form and we will get back to you within 24 hours (most of the time much quicker!).
